We are excited to launch our own Flower Farm in the gardens here at Court House Farm and invite you to join us for a weekend of all things Floral and Garden!
Come and explore the gardens, buy home-grown British flowers, enjoy shopping from garden, Brocante and Artisan traders (among them Chelsea-Flower Gold metal winning growers), sip a coffee or have a bite to eat in the Court House Farm flower filled courtyard.

Botanical inspired retreat day: Saturday 30th May

We invite you to this special day inspired by Nature and celebrating botanical design

Both workshops will take place in the converted cow shed on the grounds of court House farm, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a newly planted flower farm! The cut flower beds will be available to the workshop attendees to collect inspiration and materials.

The day will start with a coffee or herbal tea and a short session on Mindfulness…

Workshop option 1: Botanical Casting Mandala (set of 3 castings)
inspired by mindful mandala’s you will make 3 castings to create unique wall plaques to display at home with the expert guidance of Clare Mahoney

This is a day of creativity and well-being aimed at those looking to explore the benefits of creativity and mindfulness to find more ‘Balance’:
'As we slow down, connect and begin to tap into the meditative effects of creativity, we begin to see the impact on well-being it can have'
This Retreat day-workshop is all about finding Balance and giving yourself some real quality 'me-time', while meeting like-minded people in a beautiful setting. 

What's included:
Mindfulness introduction: How to connect to your surroundings, each other and self to improve creativity.
Grounding meditation & understanding Flow, with Yin Yoga expert Jodie Withyman (connect HERE)
2 creative workshops: We will be making journals and also creating a spring floral arrangement
Drinks/refreshments will be provided through out the day- a chance to try seasonal infusions and kombucha
A light lunch will be served for you to fuel your creativity and mind
An afternoon break with tea ceremony and Vegan cake
Most importantly time out of your busy schedule ....to have some slow-time in the beautiful setting of the Court House Farm manor and Gardens - There will be time during the day to take a moment in the house or the garden and time to socialise with the other attendees.

Tuition:
These sessions are hosted by Court House Farm and delivered by Victoria Saunders who will collaborate with other experts to deliver elements of the day. The aim is to create a relaxed, friendly environment of non- judgemental creativity and to inspire you to explore well-being practices.

Victoria has a first class honours degree in Art & Design from Plymouth university, she has 6 years experience running and hosting contemporary craft workshops and events. She is a trained Mindfulness teacher and is dedicating her time to teaching ‘creativity for Well being’ in a number of formats

We have invited Lou of Spark Social to host a workshop where you’ll focus on the story you have to tell & how to craft that story in a creative & engaging way that really speaks to your audience. You will also learn how to build a community through social media & how to make those much sought after connections that can really help your brand to grow, whether you are a creative, business owner or well-being professional.

The space at Court House Farm is a nurturing one, offering plenty of opportunity for photos and content creation on the day. Lou will allow time for Questions and answers and some time to get to grips with your account and what to do.

The follow up day, PT2 with time in between will allow you to action and test the theory that is covered in the workshop during PT1

Join us at Court House Farm and Gardens 10- 5 pm for this wonderful creative and mindful day of bread-making with a lovely group of like-minded folk and a fantastic talented chef as tutor. A wonderful lunch is included so this will be a fun and fulfilling day.

We aim to bring workshops to the farm that delight, educate and spread our message of well being and creativity (and fun!) This workshop will be taking place in the manor house at the farm so you can enjoy baking in the history and grandeur of the space.

Join our Tutor Dave Fung from Bristol's Assembly Bakery and Owner of Little Wild Catering for a full day, hands-on bread baking class. Under Dave's experienced guidance, you will learn how to make four different kinds of bread including sourdough, bagels, and ciabatta. You be given recipes and sourdough starter to take home as well as the bread which you have made, so bring some bags to carry your goodies home.
During this class you will gain in-depth knowledge of how to create and care for a sourdough starter, how to mix, fold, shape and bake your various dough’s, and how best to bake them at home whilst achieving professional results.
