Curated Quilters Retreat

The retreat
Step into a week of creative indulgence at Court House Farm’s Tudor and medieval manor in Portishead. Set within the walled gardens of this historic site, this retreat invites you to slow down, reconnect with your love of fabric and design, and be inspired by a beautiful setting.
Guided by Judy Newman and Margaret Mew, you’ll be immersed in a supportive atmosphere where your project evolves, your skills are honed and your creative senses are awakened.
What you’ll do
• Guided workshops for confident makers looking to refine and elevate their work
• A specially designed kit of fabrics, instructions and templates for a project created just for this retreat
• Plenty of open-studio time, with individual attention when you need it
• Time to share ideas with fellow makers and leave with a finished or well-advanced project
As a residential guest, expect delicious fresh food created by our wonderful chef Kirstie, as well as tea, coffee and more throughout the day, and the bar is open for you from 6pm.
